What this site is

Rated Piano Movers is an independent directory of businesses that move pianos. We are not a moving company. We do not move, store, tune or insure pianos, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a business you find here.

What we check

We only give the Rated badge after checking a business’s own website for proof that it moves pianos, and we show information taken from its own website, with the month we checked. Some listed businesses are marked “not yet verified” because we could not confirm that from their website. We award the Rated badge by the rules on how we rate. We do not check licenses, permits, insurance or backgrounds, and we do not inspect or supervise any move. A listing or a Rated badge is not a guarantee or endorsement of any business or its work.

Businesses change their services, prices and details. We try to keep listings accurate but cannot promise that every detail is complete, current or correct. Confirm anything important, including price, insurance and coverage, directly with the business, in writing, before you book.

Quote requests

Using the site and requesting a quote are free to you. When you submit a quote request, we deliver it to the one business named on the form, and to no other business. By submitting, you agree that the business named on the form may contact you about your request by phone call, text message or email, including calls or texts sent with automated technology. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Any quote, booking, payment or move is between you and that business alone. Please give accurate information and only submit requests for a move you are actually planning.

Listed businesses

We list businesses based on public information on their own websites. Business names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; a listing does not mean a business is affiliated with us or has endorsed this site. A business can ask us to correct its listing through our contact page. We may edit, re-check, or remove any listing at our discretion.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no automated scraping, no false or abusive quote requests, and no attempts to interfere with how the site works.

Links to other sites

Listings link to businesses’ own websites and to Google. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.

No warranties; limit of liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from any business you contact through it, including damage to a piano or property during a move.
